Q: Can I return my product? If I receive a wrong or damaged product what should I do?

A: You can return your product within 60 days from the purchase date. Your payment will be fully refunded. If you receive the wrong or damaged product please contact us and we will refund your money.

Q: How long do processing and shipping take?

A: We ship our products the same day or day after the purchase. The estimated shipping time for Europe is about 10 days, for overseas it is about 2 weeks.

Q: Has my order been shipped yet?

A: You should receive the email confirmation once your order has been shipped within 24 hours upon ordering. If you don't, please contact us directly.

Q: Where should I store my herbs to keep them fresh as long as possible?

A: You should always store your herbs away from direct sunlight and at room temperature. If you have enough space, store them in a cabinet, a pantry, or a drawer, but don't store them in the fridge. Make sure to keep them away from the stove and the windows.

Q: What kind of container is best for storing my herbs and spices?

A: There are a lot of good options for this. You can creatively repurpose jelly jars, mustard jars, baby food jars or any glass jar with a tight seal. Craft stores and Ikea sell great matching sets and beautiful jars in plenty of shapes and sizes and at fairly affordable prices.

Q: Are all of your products organic?

A: Our mission is to sell as many organic products as possible. If a certain product is not organic, we make sure it is wild harvested and grown in a chemically-free environment.

Q: How are your products packaged?

A: We strive to use safe materials to package our bottles and boxes to ensure the sound delivery of your order. Our tea boxes are made from 100% recycled paper.
